Returns
As each KAKIMONO piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or cancellations for reasons of personal preference.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the result.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
